Twelve Apostles Royale Casino Hotel is a fictional destination on Australia's wild southern coast, where seventy-metre limestone cliffs meet the full force of the Southern Ocean and great stone stacks stand offshore, slowly being cut away by the swell. Storm grey, deep ocean blue, rust and weathered limestone run through the whole casino hotel, built low and strong against the wind off the sea.

Everything is landed close by, the wine is from the cool-climate vineyards inland, and the room looks out over the swell a few steps from the casino hotel lobby.
